Pamukkale University (PAU) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan stated that they want to establish a hangar-type second technopolis where application studies will be carried out in the region where Pamukkale Technopolis is located.

Pointing out that technocities have a very important position for the development of technology, PAU Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan said that they attach great importance to Pamukkale Technopolis. Rector Kutlahan said, "Technopolis has a very important position for the development of technology. Pamukkale Technopolis has started to carry out successful works since the day we arrived. Obviously, at the point we have reached, the current technopolis is not enough. For this reason, we are working to build a new technopolis with a hangar-type application. We want to establish a structure that produces and develops for the health and defence industry. We are of the opinion that there should be studies that will direct Denizli industry and Denizli should win. We have our own area and hopefully we will do this work there."
