Pamukkale Technopolis hosted the 'Change with Digital Transformation' programme

"Change with Digital Transformation" programme prepared in cooperation with Pamukkale University (PAU), Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology and Pamukkale Technopolis was held on 20 June 2023 at Pamukkale Technopolis.

Pamukkale Teknokent General Manager V. Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Ovalı and Provincial Industry and Technology Manager Sefa Gökalp made opening speeches and Pamukkale University faculty members and provincial industry sector representatives attended the programme.

After the opening speeches, Pamukkale University Technical Sciences Vocational School Fashion Design Programme Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Derya Tatman made a presentation on "Digital Transformation, Efficiency and Sustainability in Textile". In the presentation where topics such as Digital Workflow in Fashion Design, Inventory Control Software, 3D Design - Sample Preparation Software, Computerised Pattern Preparation, Cutting Mill Software and Automata, 2D Design Software, Embroidery Software, Textile Surface Design (Weaving-Knitting) Software were discussed, digital methods that businesses can use in product design and the gains they can achieve with digital transformation were included.

After the presentation, which was listened with great interest by the participants, a panel discussion on "Change with Digital Transformation" was held. Moderated by Net Internet Dir. Board. Bşk. Murat Kayacık, Co-Founder of Norbit Software, Bahadır Şenel, Co-Founder of Tekobel Technology and Göktuğ Hançer, Co-Founder of HNC Smart Board. The panel, where digital transformation was discussed as technology companies established within Pamukkale Technopolis and continuing their work at full speed, attracted great interest from the participants. Moderated by Osman Makal, the panelists answered questions such as what should we understand when it comes to digital transformation, what are the biggest changes brought by digital transformation for your own sector, what impact has digitalisation had on customer experience, and how human resource requirements change in processes such as redesigning and automating business processes with digital transformation, and also gave information about the services they provide in the field of digital transformation. After the programme, which included the questions of the participants who showed great interest in the panel, the participants were presented with certificates of participation.
